Description

Joan Brisson XO Cognac: A Taste of Home in the Fins Bois

Joan Brisson XO Cognac, made from grapes harvested from the renowned Fins Bois cru, boasts a stringent maturation process with the eaux-de-vie in this blend aged in French oak for a minimum of 10 years. There is no doubt that Joan Brisson XO Cognac provides an outstanding example of a Fins Bois XO, with its floral complexity typical of this terroir.

Joan Brisson Cognac is a small, family-run Cognac producer located in the small town of Matha in the Charente Maritime, 12 miles north of Cognac in the delimited area of the Fins Bois appellation.
