Produced in the heart of the Premier Cru, the Jacques Denis XO By Amandine Cognac is the original XO, with a revisited design by Jacques’ granddaughter Amandine. Combining tradition and modernity, this limited edition comprises a blend of Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie matured in French oak for over twenty years. This XO has all the characteristics of a classic expression that will stand the test of time - great length on the palate combined with a roundness and suppleness that can only come with age. 

Boasting a history that spans several generations, the House of Jacques Denis in the heart of the Grande Champagne growing region, sprawled across sunshine-drenched hills. Not much has changed on the estate in the last century or so, and here Cognac is made according to the house’s own sense of quality and know-how. Between the naturally tended vineyards, the old limousin oak barrels maturing in the chateau's cellars, and expert blending, the end result here is always brilliant.

Presentation of the Bottle

With its squared-off neck, natural cork stopper and subtle white-and-blue designs, this bottle beautifully combines the old with the new. It’s a great updated design, unusually presented in a fabric bag with a pattern reminiscent of blue china. 

How to Enjoy Jacques Denis XO Cognac

The complex tasting notes of this expression are best showcased in a tulip glass. After pouring, allow the Cognac to breathe for 30 seconds to fully concentrate the most delicate aromas before you take a sip. An excellent digestif or accompaniment to mature cheeses.
