Eye: Amber brown in color, slightly mahogany.

Nose: aromas of oak with hints of vanilla, a pleasant smell of hazelnut, walnut and almond, accompanied by sweet spices like curry and saffron. There are also hints of dried fruit, apricot and fig.

Héritage Bleu des Cognacs Gourry De Chadeville is an Very Old of about 40 years, from the Grande Champagne region.

Since 1619 this Cognac house, located in the Grande Champagne cru, has resisted the passing of time by cultivating its vineyard and producing Cognac that remains appreciated by experts worldwide. Maison Gourry de Chadeville is thought to be the only Cognac house that claims such early origins dating back more than 400 years ago.
