The Ferrand Ambré 2024 is a refined Cognac aged in small pedunculate oak barrels, crafted from a selection of eaux-de-vie matured within the seven cellars—both dry and humid—of the Logis d’Angeac. This meticulous aging process results in an elegant spirit, characterized by delicate notes of sweet spices, orange blossom, and ripe fruits.
On the nose, it presents a precise and aromatic profile, starting with apple and caramelized sugar, subtly evolving into bitter almond liqueur and floral notes. The palate is expressive and layered, offering hints of medicinal syrup, almond, and orchard fruits. Its rustic side emerges briefly before transitioning into crisp pear and green apple, with a touch of spice and pepper.
