Description
The Domaine du Chêne Saint Seurin Selection Cognac comes from a 38 year old barrel. The cask used for this special bottling was originally designed for blending, but has evolved so much over the years that it convinced to be bottled as it is. Michael, the responsible at Cave Saint Seurin, was so impressed by the quality of this cask that he decided to bottle this particular cask. For him, it is a true expression of his passion and highlights the art of cognac making.
This particular cognac is the result of a collaboration between the Saint-Seurin cellar, and Domaine du Chêne. Michael, from the Cave Saint Seurin and Mr. Baillif, director of Domaine du Chêne both agreed upon bottling this barrel and started that way their collaboration. It is a Brut de fût at the abv of 48.19%. This Cognac is exclusively from the Bons Bois region and categorized to be a XO Cognac.
This bottling is limited to only 40 bottles. This is a truly rare and special 30 year-old cognac, not to be missed. It is not about marketing or business, but about sharing a truly exceptional product with others. Don't miss out on this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to try a truly unique and exceptional cognac.
The Domaine du Chêne is a family-run estate in Le Bon Bois, renowned for its commitment to producing top-quality cognacs. With its own vineyards, stills, and cellars, the estate is a true producer of cognac, rather than a merchant or broker.
The Saint SEURIN cellar is a reference in the world of spirits in Bordeaux, known for the exceptional quality of its products and expert advice. With this collection, Michael aims to share his most beautiful human and sensory encounters with others, and this cognac is the first bottle in that collection.
