The Delamain Pléiade Révélation Bonneuil Grande Champagne Cognac is an exceptional and rare expression of Cognac, crafted from a single vineyard perched atop the historic hamlet of Bonneuil, in the heart of the Grande Champagne region. Renowned for producing some of the finest eaux-de-vie, this area is celebrated for its terroir and centuries-old Cognac tradition.
Part of the prestigious "La Pléiade" collection, this Cognac was carefully selected by Cellar Master Dominique Touteau, embodying the purest form of Grande Champagne. Produced from a single harvest and aged in a single barrel (Fût N°707), it is presented without blending or the addition of sugar or caramel, highlighting the natural purity of the spirit.
Delamain's expertise in aging shines through, with this Cognac maturing in a 350L "roux" barrel, made from oak sourced from the Limousin forests. The slow distillation process enhances its rich fruity character, resulting in an exquisite Cognac with notes of vanilla, ripe cherries, muscat, and fig, alongside a delicate touch of spices and leather. On the palate, it offers a harmonious blend of pepper, subtle woodiness, natural sweetness, and rancio, creating a truly unforgettable tasting experience.
The Delamain Pléiade Révélation Bonneuil Cognac is presented in an elegant, minimalist bottle that reflects the exclusivity of the product. With its deep amber hue and luxurious design, it is housed in a refined blue presentation box, making it a perfect addition to any connoisseur’s collection or a special gift for discerning Cognac lovers.
For the best tasting experience, enjoy this exquisite Cognac neat in a tulip glass. Allow it to rest for a few minutes to open up its complex aromas. This rare Cognac is perfect for slow savoring on special occasions or as a centerpiece in a private tasting session.
Medium amber color with golden highlights. The aroma is not alcoholic, rich, and dry. A powerful fruit theme dominates (from fresh fruit to dried fruit and jam) - quince, smoked prunes, dried figs, dried apricots, raisins. These are followed by citrus fruits - from fresh orange to candied fruit....
