Braastad Cognac

Braastad XO Fine Champagne Cognac is a wonderfully spicy XO that's designated 'Fine Champagne'.  This means that it's a blend of both Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne eaux-de-vie, with at least 50% of the blend coming from the premier cru.

A well developed, complex Cognac, with wonderful aromas of fresh fruit. This complexity evolves beautifully on the palate, with violet and vanilla tones evident. It's extremely well aged, with the components having an average age of between 15-20 years. The resulting sensory explosion tapers off with a delightully long finish.  It's also beautifully presented, in a decanter-esque type bottle.

best value for money

an XO for under $100 is hard to find but this one is really worth the money! A bit sharp in the end, but great and complex taste. if you like Martell you probably also like brastad XO.

Best value for money

Pretty woody, solid cognac. Really good value for money from Braastad. A funny name for a liquor brand
