This Whisky is made from barley and smoked in Alsace. The green barley is dried with peat so that the smoke penetrates the barley grains. Only then is the malting done in the malting plants.
The double distillation of this single malt whisky is a limited edition by Meyer's. The Pure Smoked Malt Whisky has been matured in Sauternes casks.
