Tasting review

This blend is a light cognac, like all of the Soerlie products. We haven't been able to review this bottle, so for now, this is what the producer writes of Soerlie VSOP: "It has a fresh and elegant nose, lively, yet smooth and mellow, mixing fine aromas of flowers and ripe fruit mingled with subtle notes of French Limousin oak."

Description

Soerlie VSOP is a good quality cognac, presented in a modern designed bottle. The average age of the eaux-de-vie is 6 years and it is blended from a variety of growing areas, including the Grande and Petite Champage, Fins Bois and a portion of Borderies.

Soerlie VSOP is quite a nice cognac, i think its a little bit sharp in the taste, but good value for money.
