A unblendend Grande Champagne delicate and very elegant. On the nose rather fruity. You mind smell some orange notes. The palate smooth and rich with a well developed and complex finish - marked by the Charente rancio.
Eye: Beautiful straw yellow color
Nose: Aromas of vine flower & linden with a touch of vanilla
Palate: Round, rich, and harmoniously balanced. Fresh, original, with notes of vanilla and toast
Tasting review by Leyrat Cognac:
Old gold color. A dense initial nose displays dried hay and a touch of spice. It develops to more pronounced oak with traces of pears and pepper. The palate is smooth and rich, with an aftertaste of oak and flowers, violets in particular.
