Aged in oak casks since 2018, the Prunier B&S Folle Blanche has had its alcohol content gradually reduced over the months, resulting in a perfectly balanced spirit at 43% ABV. The cellars in Gimeux, with their ideal ambient conditions and natural humidity provided by the adjacent river, offer an excellent environment for aging, enhancing the Cognac's character and depth.
On the nose, this Cognac presents a fresh, precise, and elegant bouquet with notes of peach, white-fleshed fruits, fresh almond, and white flowers such as eglantine. The palate mirrors the aromatic harmony of the nose, featuring flower honey blended with a finely combined wood note, providing a long and refined finish with lingering hints of honey and delicate wood.
