Description
Natural Enjoyment: Prince Hubert de Polignac Nature de Cognac
Prince Hubert de Polignac Nature de Cognac is a certified organic VSOP Cognac, which means that from the very beginning, from vine to bottle, not a single artificial product has been used. No yeast or sulphur is added to the wines, no chemicals, fertilizers or pesticides are utilized during production, and the final bottling has absolutely no additives. Most remarkably, this release combines eaux-de-vie from a number of regions - Bois Ordinaires, Borderies, Bons Bois, Fins Bois, Petite Champagne and Grande Champagne - making it a representation of organic products from all around the Cognac region.
Prince Hubert de Polignac Cognac is named after one of France's oldest noble families, members of which include Cardinal De Polignac (French ambassador in Poland and Rome in the 17th century), Countess Yolande de Polignac - a personal friend of Marie Antoinette - and Prince Jules de Polignac, a cabinet minister under Charles X. It was their descendant, Prince Hubert de Polignac, who eventually allowed the Cognac producer Mounier to use his name for one of their bottlings in 1947. After the trademark was registered, the Prince himself took to travelling the world to promote the brand, sealing its association with royalty, adventure and luxury.

How to Enjoy Prince Polignac VS Cognac
Finely crafted blends like this deserve attention: pour gently into a tulip glass and let it rest for 30 seconds before taking a sip. To allow the aromas to open up further, a small dash of mineral water could be added.
