A Chevalerie VSOP Cognac is a fresh and slightly older blend (than the first VS Cognac in the collection). The result of spending a few years longer in the cask is a blend that retains a fine balance between acidity and freshness. The aromas develop as you taste, and leave a lasting impression with a relatively long finish.
