Dhiersat VSOP is ideal at the end of the meal, for example to accompany a coffee. Its length on the palate is surprising for its young age, but allows the Cognac to present notes of flower petals and citrus fruits, followed by a fine and smooth finish.
Dhiersat is a relatively unknown family house from Rouillac in the Fins Bois region. They make Cognac, Pineau des Charentes, wine and liqueurs. Currently, three generations are involved in production and sales. Dhiersat also has a shop at the distillery where its own products are sold.
Showcasing its amber color with golden reflects, Dhiersat VSOP features in a classic style bottle which is in keeping with the brand's roots, that date back hundreds of years, carrying a rich and traditional history. The vintage label design adds an even further sense of heritage and details information of the Cognac’s age, cru and volume percentage.
Cognac VSOP is ideally served as a digestive at the end of a long and indulgent meal. Pair with an espresso coffee and savor the moment as the delicately rich aromas immerse the senses sip after sip. While this Cognac is best served neat at room temperature, it is possible to lengthen the tasting experience by adding a few drops of mineral water to the glass too.
