Q&A for Bisquit VSOP

linda 2011-12-28

I was given a bottleof VSOP Bisquit Napoleon Cognac in the box(gold and brown) and I was wondering if it is worth anything? I was told it is about 100 years old

Arsallan, sure it should be possible to drink it - remember: cognac once bottled, it stops ageing. Still, depending on the blend and eaux-de-vie used and other factors, some cognac start to lose quality when kept too long. You also might want to use the section 'Submit Bottle' in order to find out more about your bottle, where you can upload pictures etc. please just make sure to follow the steps.
