Description

Ansac VSOP Cognac

Made up of eaux-de-vie from the Petite Champagne and Fins Bois regions of Cognac, Ansac VSOP Cognac is aged for at least 3.5 years prior to bottling. A powerful and refined Cognac delight. An ideal choice for those who are new to the world of Cognac, yet pleasing for Cognac connoisseurs too.

Ansac Cognac inherits the excellence of traditional know-how, which is enhanced by the quality wine harvests of the local Cognac terroirs. Over the years, the most prestigious eaux-de-vie is made with careful attention to detail and devotion to the art of blending. The house of Ansac prides itself on producing a collection of quality Cognacs in keeping with modern consumer tastes.

Presentation of the bottle

Housed in a wide set bottle, a blue medallion displays the letters VSOP just below the neck. The striking blue and gold main label details the Ansac 1847 emblem and classification of the Cognac contained inside. The perfect addition to even the most well-supplied of Cognac collections.

How to enjoy

Ansac VSOP serves sumptuously as the base of many classic cocktails. The house of Ansac recommend using VSOP to mix up the classic SideCar Cocktail:

Ingredients:

50ml of Cognac VSOP

20ml Triple Sec

20ml Lemon Juice

5 or 6 Ice Cubes

1 Orange zest to garnish

Method: Shake all of the ingredients over ice, then fine strain into a chilled glass. Finish with orange zest to garnish.
