Eye: A vibrant and clear gold sheen.

Nose: The initial aromas are sweet with light vanilla. Gentle floral notes complement the aromas of soft sweet fruits such as peach and pear.

Palate: Soft, mellow and smooth in the mouth. A lovely warm and surprisingly long aftertaste. The VS Instinct has the typical taste of a 5-10-year-old cognac.

Description

Pierre Lecat VS Instinct Cognac

The Pierre Lecat VS Instinct Cognac (also known as 'The Terroir's Expression) is a wonderful offering from this artisan house. A superb example of just how great younger Cognacs can be. From its delightful, crystal golden color, to its freshness on the nose and vibrant, lingering taste, it's a cognac that can be enjoyed in many ways. Excellent value for money, it is perfect for every kind of Cognac lover.

Produced by a house that has only been selling Cognacs under its own brand since 2014, just like the VS itself, its age is by no means reflective of its capabilities. Prioritizing traditional methods of production, every creation feels like a step back in time to Cognacs of history and heritage. A wonderful way to introduce you to this up-and-coming artisan house.

How to enjoy
