This is a beautiful blend of matured eaux-de-vie that have spent at least 2 years sleeping in oak casks, that come from various terroirs from the Fins Bois to the Premier Cru, also known as the Grande Champagne. Fruity and fresh, this a great option for cocktails and long drinks thanks to its full-bodied flavors of ripe grapes, herbal aroma and fully fragrant notes. The Fins Bois is best characterized by creating eaux-de-vie with aromas of fresh grapes, and typically ages a lot faster than other crus. The Grande Champagne is known for its elegance, and this certainly comes across in this Cognac’s personality.
Born in 1926, Larsen Cognac was started when a young Norwegian man, Jens Reidar Larsen, stopped off in the town of Cognac, fell in love with a girl there and discovered the art of Cognac making. From that moment on, history was made.

A family run concern, the story of Cognac Larsen dates back to 1926 when Jens Reidar Larsen made the move from his home country of Norway to France. Seduced by the quality of the brandy that came from the town of Cognac, he devoted much time and effort to become a connoisseur in the subject, and naturally progressed to owning and running his own Cognac house.
Today, Larsen Cognacs are as well known for their luxury packaging as the quality of their eaux-de-vie, with Limoges Porcelain and Baccarat Crystal featuring strongly with many of their premium Cognacs.
