Description
Brillet Signature Single Petite Champagne Cognac
Brillet Signature Single Petite Champagne Cognac is a young, fruity, VS quality cognac. Opening with a delicate bouquet that develops into the enticing contrast of a strong, rounded palate. Its youthful vibrance is thanks to the early maturing of this single cru from one of the finest regions of the Cognac; Petite Champagne. Boasting a typical aromatic and fruity flavor typical of this region, it's a true embodiment of what a Petite Champagne blend should be.
As with all of Brillet's cognacs, Brillet Single Petite Champagne is hand-crafted in the family distillery in Les Aireaux, a small hamlet near Jarnac in Cognac. Proudly presenting tradition that dates back to as early as 1656, the double distillation process has had centuries of practice to be able to offer today’s superb selection of Cognac’s. Valuing tradition, timeless creations like the Single Petite Champagne showcase the true expertise and sophistication of this Cognac house.

About Brillet J R Cognac
Proud of its family tradition, Brillet Cognac insists that the history is entirely linked to that of cognac. As early on as 1656, Guy Brillet installed his first alembic (the classic still) at his property in the Grande Champagne. This was the introduction of the double distillation process that creates cognac to this day. The Brillets live off their philosophy that things made with care are more valuable, sticking to traditional techniques of production and packaging. Their motto is not to impress through high maintenance or expensive containers, but rather through a humble and high quality aesthetic: a real family business!
