Eye:

A rich golden hue, with a beautiful balance of soft and darker tones.

Nose:

A deep aroma, where the evidence of the Cognac’s age is apparent from the first scent. Dark fruit and burnt sugar is perfectly blended with classic wood and rancio.

Palate:

A delectably sweet entry with delicious apricots, toffee and honey. A slow blend into oak, coffee and cigars to leave the enticing Cognac flavour to finish.

Description

A.E. Dor Selection

This A.E. Dor Selection is part of the house's Opera edition. As a VS Cognac - Very Special, the youngest eaux-de-vie in this blend were aged for at least 2 years in oak barrels. Expertly balancing subtle sweetness with the traditional Cognac punch, this is a well-rounded choice that lends itself well to a number of occasions.

Produced by well-renowned Cognac experts, this Very Special Cognac is a part of a long line of expertise. Created by A.E Dor, with knowledge and age-old processes dating back over 200 years, the perfectly balanced blend of the flavour is the result of undeniable prowess. Named as one of the top three Cognac houses in the world, you can trust that this is a choice to be savoured.

Presentation of the bottle

Housed in the signature dress for the Opera collection, this is a selection that is instantly recognisable due to its impressively imposing design. With unique detailing and the favourable swirl top, it is instantly clear that this Cognac originates from a sophisticated selection. Stamped with tradition and the unique Opera flair, this is an unmissable choice.

How to enjoy

As a VS Cognac, this is a more versatile option. Enjoy it as a digestif, or with a dash of water to bring the delectable flavours to the surface. You may also like to create a longer drink and let the enticing blend of sweet and spice be savoured on your lips.
