A unblendend Grande Champagne delicate and very elegant. On the nose rather fruity. You mind smell some orange notes. The palate smooth and rich with a well developed and complex finish - marked by the Charente rancio.
The colour: Amber. On the nose: Early hints of hazelnut, then dried apricots and figs, also some smooth spices like white pepper and coriander. In the mouth: Some orange and ginger bread, while the aftertaste is quite smooth and long.
Tasting review by Raymond Ragnaud:
Color: deep amber
Nose: floral expressions with various plant aromas
Palate: tender, almost 'fleshy', with strong tones of spicy grape, plum, and mirabelle plum.
Finish: daffodil, cherries, and ginger.
