Ragnaud Sabourin 1991 Vintage Cognac

Ragnaud Sabourin 1991 Vintage is a remarkable single-year creation produced from a very rare 1991 harvest of the Grande Champagne region. Marked by an unprecedented wave of frost, 1991 saw more than two thirds of the harvest destroyed by the cold, which makes the grapes used to produce the eaux-de-vie of this Cognac extremely rare. An emblem of the power of Mother Nature and the hard-work of Man, Ragnaud Sabourin 1991 vintage is a fine representation of how both work in harmony to create produce of magnificent quality. Revealing complex notes of liquorice, spices, candied fruit and rancio - this Cognac offers something for everyone. A sensory delight to be savored down to every last drop.

Based in Grande Champagne, the successive generations of Maison Ragnaud Sabourin including Anne Ragnaud Sabourin and her son Olivier reap the benefits of their estate’s exclusive premier cru location. Producing quality Cognacs of unrivalled excellence, Anne and Olivier remain true to family tradition, passed down over the centuries and continue to strive in progression with their ancestral know-how in the future years to come.

Presentation of the bottle

Dressed in a tall and sleek decanter, this 1991 vintage embodies tradition with a touch of modernity. The bottle’s long neck and heavy base accentuate its elegant style, while the accompanying presentation sleeve serves the product perfectly as a lavish gift to a vintage Cognac lover. A fine addition to any spirits collection.

How to enjoy

A well-matured, vintage Cognac worthy of your utmost attention when tasting. For the best tasting experience, serve at room temperature, neat or on the rocks as a digestive following an indulgent dinner. Finish with a fine cigar for a moment of pleasure to remember.
