The Normandin Mercier Grande Champagne 10 Years 2006 Vintage Cognac is very special indeed! Each year these vintage barrels are unsealed, and around 100 bottles are produced. So if you get the change to own one, then this is quite an achievement. A Grande Champagne delight, it offers a rich, long concentratin of aromas, such as exotic fruits and truly gourmet tones.
Overproof at 44.9%, the house of Normandin Mercier is understandably proud of this Cognac. The harvest of 2006,and in Grande Champagne in particular, was of excellent quality. Although, by Cognac terms, 2006 is still relatively 'young'. this Cognac shows true wisdom beyond its years. Very refined on the palate, it's a Cognac that will pleasure the tastebuds of both the connoisseur and the novice taster.
