Description
Maxime Trijol Vintage 1979 Fins Bois Cognac
The Vintage 79 is a true item for the Cognac collector due to its impressive rarity. Produced from 100% Fins Bois eaux-de-vie it had an unwavering exceptionality sealed into it in 1979. Embodying even more brilliance today, being a ‘single cask numbered bottle’ it is a rare existence in the modern-day Cognac world.
As with all Vintage cognacs, this individually numbered bottle has been approved by the Bureau National Interprofessionnel du Cognac to ensure absolute authenticity. Harnessing both the maritime climate and the Fine Bois’s combination of clay, stone and limestone soil, this cognac is characteristically well-rounded and supple. A snapshot into the year 1979, it would make an exceptional gift to mark an occasion or anniversary.
Presentation of the bottle
A classic decanter houses this fine cognac. Clearly marked with its impressive age, its Vintage credentials are marked with sophisticated simplicity. A timeless design for lovers of classic elegance, the shape of the bottle is relatively modern, yet another example of the Trijol family’s quest to blend tradition with innovation. Housed in a wooden box, it is a display of excellence to mark its call for celebration.
How to enjoy
Serve neat at the end of a meal as a delightful digestif, best enjoyed at around 70°F.
