Hine Bonneuil 2012 Vintage Cognac

Introducing the Hine Domaines Hine Bonneuil 2012 Grande Champagne Cognac, a limited edition of 12 casks of 450 bottles, bottled on 18/07/2022. This unblended single estate cognac from a single harvest offers the purest expression of Grande Champagne's chalky terroir.

At Hine, our philosophy is to stay as close as possible to the wine itself, revealing the unique character of Premier Cru cognac soils from which the vines draw their identity. The result is a cognac that is rich and delicate, with aromas of hazelnuts, blond tobacco, coffee, and irresistible pastry notes. After spending a decade in oak casks, Bonneuil 2012 is a smooth cognac with remarkable softness on the palate. It's perfect to pair with oysters, Pata Negra ham, or slices of sashimi. When served frappé, its chilled and almost syrupy texture blends superbly with these culinary delights, unveiling its flavours little by little.

Join the Bonneuil collection and discover the vintages of 2005, 2006, 2008, and 2010. Savor the extraordinary taste and aromas of Hine Domaines Hine Bonneuil 2012 Grande Champagne Cognac today.

About Hine Cognac

Located in the heart of the Grande Champagne, the premium wine growing area of the Cognac region, the house of Hine has been producing some of the most exquisite Cognacs for six generations, when it was better known as T Hine & Co Cognac. The estate boasts an exceptional 173 acres of vineyards, and the house has a very special tradition of producing relatively small quantities - but with a very high standard in quality. One of their trademarks is to store their vintage casks in damp cellars in Bristol, England. This way, the Thomas Hine Cognac goes through a uniquely different ageing process due to the humidity of the seaside town, which differs somewhat to that of the southwestern coast of France. These highly priced vintage bottles are called “Hine Early-Landed Vintage Cognac”.
