Aurian Vermouth Artisanal Vieil Armagnac
Description
This vermouth is made from grape must mutated with Cognac. It is an Armagnac of at least 10 years of age, made from hand-harvested red wine from Gascony and matured in Armagnac barrels.
French honey, infusion of herbs, flowers, and spices are flavors and perfumes to be found with this Armagnac.
Serve at room temperature or else at 18°. Can also be enjoyed chilled, with an olive and an ice cube. An original alternative to sweet whites on strong dishes: cheeses, exotic fruits, toasts on gingerbread, and spicy cuisines with fermented products (Korean style for example).
