Description

La Chevalerie Brut de Fût Cognac

La Chevalerie Brut de Fût Cognac is a single batch delight that will tantalize the taste buds of both enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike. Aged for decades in oak barrels, it exudes a pronounced temperament and a naturally higher degree of alcohol. A non-woody, unfiltered, non-sweetened blend of eaux-de-vie, crafted without added sugar, as a result retaining its natural purity and transparency. Unveiling a complex array of aromas of spices, vanilla, undergrowth and leather, this Brut de Fut offers a Fins Bois tasting experience of remarkable quality.

A Cognac house offering much more than the artful drink of Cognac, Domaine de la Chevalerie also presents its customers with collections of Pineau de Charentes, Jus de raisin and wine. With innovation and a modern aesthetic at the heart of the brand’s principles, the estate of Domaine de la Chevalerie hosts an array of exciting activities and events for its local customers. Combining a know-how and passion for vinification with artistic expression, events such as exhibitions and music events are pivotal to this brand’s identity within the Cognac industry.

Presentation of the bottle

Revealing the Cognacs beautiful amber color with orange reflects, Brut de Fut is dressed in a curvaceous wide-set Oslo bottle. The form of this type of decanter displays a wide cylinder shaped body with a long, slim neck and cork bottle stopper. Its rustic appearance supports the brand's identity which offers a modern twist on parameters of Cognac’s classically traditional image. Stamped with a label inscribed with all of the product details – purple and silver accents add a stylish finishing touch to the overall well-presented bottle design.

How to enjoy

Enjoy Brut de Fut as a delicious digestive following a flavorful dinner with guests. Before taking the first sip, allow the Cognac to breathe for a few minutes in the glass. Savor the moment by immersing the senses completely – close your eyes and let the complex combination of sweet and spicy notes do the talking. While we recommend drinking this Cognac neat, the tasting may also be altered slightly with a few drops of mineral water or ice.
