Eye: Crystal clear.

Nose: Aromatic, with caramel evident at first. Chamomile, fresh apricots, oak and pine needles follow shortly, creating a layered experience.

Palate: A burst of white pepper is tamed somewhat by vanilla, dried fruits and caramel. The apricot from the nose reappears towards the finish.

Godet Antarctica Icy White Cognac

Introducing the Godet Antarctica Cognac, a truly exceptional spirit that pushes the boundaries of tradition and embraces the spirit of exploration. This translucent and colorless eau de vie takes you on a captivating journey to the icy depths of Antarctica, a frozen continent that embodies power and purity.

Crafted with ingenuity and inspired by an audacious sailing expedition led by our very own Jean-Jacques Godet in the unforgiving lands of Antarctica, this revolutionary spirit breaks free from conventions. It is matured in hundred-year-old oak barrels, so ancient that they no longer impart tannins or color to the precious juices. This unique approach sets the Antarctica Cognac apart, making it the only colorless spirit within the revered Cognac appellation, a realm traditionally reserved for amber-hued eaux de vie.

Immerse yourself in the sublime elegance of this extraordinary creation. Antarctica Cognac offers a delicate and sensual experience, where softness meets a subtle icy coolness. This blend of Cognac Wine Eau de vie and 1% brandy undergoes a meticulous aging process in these century-old oak barrels, resulting in a spirit that is both refreshing and utterly original.

The Godet Antarctica Cognac is best savored chilled, inviting you to embark on a journey of discovery with every sip. Whether enjoyed neat or as a mesmerizing ingredient in cocktails, this remarkable spirit captivates the senses and invites you to experience the untamed spirit of Antarctica.

Embrace the adventurous spirit and indulge in the exceptional craftsmanship of Godet Antarctica Cognac. This translucent marvel celebrates the allure of exploration, allowing you to traverse uncharted territories of taste and intrigue. Cheers to the power of innovation, the purity of flavor, and the unwavering spirit of the Godet legacy.
