Born from a legacy of more than a century of conscientious care, the Leyrat X.O is a product of one of the finest vineyards in the world. Only producing Cognac’s from the fruits of a single estate, the eaux-de-vie is aged and then blended with remarkable expertise. It is thanks to this meticulous process that excellence is guaranteed from start to finish within every selection the house releases.
Stamped with tradition and heritage, this vintage-style bottle boasts historic elegance. Designed with minimal color, gold font and a black and white sketch of the Leyrat house, its old-style charm is evident through every inch of its display. Finished with a wooden box, there’s a fine sense of superiority to this Cognac down to the last detail.

This is the first time I taste this cognac, it is hard to find any information about age. This cognac is a bit reserved on the nose, but I find flower, bread and some butter. In mouth it is delicate with sweet fruit tones, some spices and wood. You need some size of your sip to get the full impression....
Cognac Leyrat is part of the expansive estate owned by Francis and Elodie Abecassis, sister brand of Cognac Le Reviseur, ABK6 and Grands Domaines. Produced from the fruits of a single estate, the wines are distilled on the less in small copper stills and the eaux-de-vie matured in temperature-controlled cellars. It is this combination of traditional methods and modern technology that creates the stunning Leyrat expressions that have won awards around the world.
