Mix up a signature Hennessy cocktail: Caipirinha

Ingredients:

• 40 ml of Hennessy VS cognac
• ½ a lime quartered
• 15 ml of simple syrup or a spoonful of sugar with a splash of soda water
• Garnish: Orange twist

Method: Place 4 slices of lime in the bottom of an old fashioned/rocks glass and muddle to extract all juice and essential oils. Next, add all other liquids with ice and stir to mix all ingredients together. Then, garnish with an orange twist.
