This sublime Maxime Trijol 1986 Vintage Cognac is the synthesis of 160 years of cognac-making history from the house, as well as six generations of family passion. Every stage of the production process is managed in-house to deliver a spirit of superior quality. This millésime is a journey through time and a snapshot into the 1986 single, slow-ripened harvest, making it an excellent gift to mark a special date or anniversary.

As with all Vintage Cognacs, this individually numbered bottle has been approved by the Bureau National Interprofessionnel du Cognac to ensure absolute authenticity. This particular edition has been matured for 30 years in Limousin oak barrels, bringing forth an exceptional depth of flavor and length.

Harnessing both the maritime climate and the Fine Bois’s combination of clay, stone and limestone soil, this Cognac is characteristically well-rounded and supple. This sensorial journey starts with a touch of almond on the nose, deepening in complexity towards floral notes of lily. It later develops into the third rancio stage, where subtle hints of oak vanilla join leather and cigar boxes notes.
