Описание
Hine Millésime 1983 Early Landed Cognac
Here comes another Hine Vintage Cognac: Early Landed 1983. Originating from the finest region of the Cognac; Grande Champagne, the name of this selection was offered due to its aging in England. After harvesting it was shipped to Bristol, England, which is renowned for its high percentage of humidity. This allows for a particular development of the eaux-de-vie in the cask to create an extra special, unique finish.
Landing in 1983, the selection was brought to England in the 19th century thanks to many connoisseurs realizing that Cognac was able to mature differently in English cellars. Tom Hine himself, a former Englishman knew he was onto something special and continued sending casks to England to ensure this brilliance could be repeated. A product of this exceptional process, 1983 is a rich, well-balanced Cognac that was recognized with a Silver Medal at the International Wine & Spirit Competition in 2004.
Presentation of the bottle
Stamped with simplicity, 1983 boasts the bold Hine branding with its red type proudly placed at the center of the bottle. Its vintage origin is beautifully displayed with ease thanks to a traditional minimal display. The year is clearly presented to allow the history and brilliance of this Cognac to be evident from the first glance. Perfectly placed in a cabinet to offer a display of excellence.
How to enjoy
As a vintage, the Millésime is best enjoyed neat to allow its full essence to express itself. Add a dash of water to bring the sweet aroma to the surface and sip slowly to savor its strong finish.
