Produced with eaux-de-vie from the prestigious Grande Champagne vineyards, known for their superior aging capacities, Peyrat Extra Grande Champagne has been matured for an average of 30 years.
Having spent so many years in new and old oak casks, the eaux-de-vie present an expressively fruity bouquet, which is moderated by vanilla notes and typically nutty aromas; a characteristic of the Grande Champagne region. A refined and persistent Cognac, that is balanced and mellow on the palate.
