For the first time in the very long history of the house, cognac has been created specifically for the prestige market. The blend of premier cru eaux-de-vie is a celebration of Louis Royer's passion for exceptional cognacs - a fulfillment that handed down through the generations. Only 300 decanters of Louis Royer Eloge exist in this first edition, making it a rare and exceptional Cognac to enjoy.
Every drop that's gone into creating Eloge was carefully aged for decades in the Paradis Cellar of the house, which has truly enhanced the richness and complexity of the cognac. An exquisite and unique Cognac, it is extraordinarily powerful with both intense and mellow aromatic notes. Its remarkable bouquet unveils a rich and complex “rancio”, the signature aroma of grand old cognacs, and offers an exceptionally long-lasting finish... the holy grail for all cognac lovers.
The precious nectar is nestled in a crystal decanter, designed like a multi-faceted diamond to illuminate the golden reflections of its deep amber color. Each piece of crystal is unique and handmade, preserving the craftsmanship and knowledge of the ancestors of the house of Louis Royer. Silver simplistic scroll alludes to the sophistication of this exceptional Cognac. Individually numbered, it’s an extra special selection to savor.

Famous for its bee emblem, Cognac Louis Royer traces its history back to the year 1853 and is known for a wide range of quality cognacs and Pineau. Creating cognacs from all six terroirs of the Cognac growing region, the offices and cellars of Louis Royer remain in the town of Jarnac on the banks of the Charente River where they were set up over 150 years ago. Very much continuing with the traditional methods championed by the cognac house’s name sake, Louis Royer boasts five generations of family experience and skill that continue to produce a full range of cognacs distributed on a world wide scale.
