Introducing the Park Pineau des Charentes Blanc - a captivating blend that brings together the finest expressions of our terroirs. This unique creation is a harmonious combination of 76% grape must, made from fresh grape juice, and 24% Cognac eau-de-vie, carefully selected from the previous year or prior.
Composed of a blend of grape varietals, including 50% Montils, 30% Colombard, and 20% Ugni-Blanc, our Park Pineau showcases a pure, delicate, and complex style that will delight your senses. The journey of Pineau Park begins with the immediate pressing of white grapes, harvested at the peak of ripeness at the end of September or the beginning of October. To preserve the vibrant fruity flavors, the grape must is skillfully blended with Cognac eau-de-vie, preventing fermentation and ensuring the stability of the liqueur.
After a period of six months, the Pineau is carefully racked and then aged for a minimum of 18 months, with at least 12 months spent in oak barrels. The aging process of Pineau Park typically ranges between 2 and 4 years. The duration in oak barrels is determined by the desired balance of flavors and the development of the oxidative aromas that lend complexity to this exceptional beverage.
