Описание
The 55° Mr Garraud 1990 - Cognac Bache Gabrielsen really needs to be tasted to be believed as it boasts premium quality without a staggering price point. Produced on the estate of Mr Francis Garraud within Chérac-Borderies, this vintage 1990 Cognac is dedicated to Mr Garraud who has been working as a loyal partner to the house of Bache-Gabrielsen for 25 years. The year 1990 is recognised as a particularly perfect period with regards to grape cultivation and it could even be argued that it was one of the very best vintage years of the late 20th century.
Bottled at high strength without being chill-filtered, this vintage eaux-de-vie showcases a warm and delicate side to Cognac that offers elegant notes combining banana, toasted hazelnut and humble hints of coffee. Bache Gabrielsen is a Cognac house currently run by Hervé Bache-Gabrielsen who is the fourth generation to take the ropes of the family business. Embracing modern standards, whilst remaining truthful to the brand’s traditional roots, Bache Gabrielsen should be highly credited for its success with the international market in particular. As today the brand stands as one of the most sought after brands in Norway and other Scandinavian countries. With its sleek bottle designs, artisanal craftsmanship and reputable savoir-faire - it's hard not to admire this unique Cognac house for all it’s glory.
