Distillerie du Petit Grain Gin aux Agrumes

This citrus gin is a combination of juniper berries, fresh peppers including the famous Sichuan and Timut peppers and various carefully selected citrus fruits (citrus fruits, yuzus, bigarades, kumquat) from the garden of Christophe Comes (Michelin starred chef in Perpignan). This gin is elaborated in a 300-liter still heated over a naked fire. Here, we go looking for very rare herbs. It is really the citrus gin par excellence! The fact that this gin comes from a fruit water distillery is felt in the mouth by sublimated citrus aromas.
