Only Williams-Christ pears are used for the production of the fine Vieille Poire Williams "René de Miscault". To achieve optimal maturity, this noble brandy is stored for a long time in wooden barrels. After perfect aging, this noble brandy is very round and without aggressiveness. It is intense on the nose and unfolds on the palate with full flavor of fruit accompanied by subtle wood notes.
