The most exotic pour of the flight, dry yet bursting with tropical fruit. Mango and papaya on the nose with ginger, honeyed apple and sandalwood, then papaya, passionfruit and guava on the palate with a hint of eucalyptus, closing earthy on sandalwood and walnut oil. A little polarising, and all the more memorable for it.
