Good Old X.O. Cognac Drink For Enjoyers of Strong Cigars

At the opening - scent of sweet prunes, candied fruits, rancio.
No ethanol spirit smell.
Strong alcohol smell is overlapping the cognac aroma.
In The Glass:
First 5-7 minutes scents of rancio and old leather.
Next 10-15 minutes to the scents of rancio and old leather the aromas of caramel and pears are added. Strong alcohol smell is overlapping the cognac aroma.
First sip - strong alcohol with notes of spices, rancio and nutmeg.
Next Sips, Roll Over and Swallow - strong spicy alcohol notes mixed with caramel sweetness and brioche taste. Very complexed full aroma of the good X.O. aged cognac.
Palate is full, complexed and strong, good old alcohol for strong cigars such as Partagas, Bolivar, Ramon Allones or Punch.
Aftertaste is long 10-15 minutes of rancio brioche with old leather taste. Slightest notes of raisins are appearing later on the backscene.
Good old cognac drink for enjoyers of strong cigars. Good for heavy food such as meat or for any spicy food.
