December 1 - A very nice start of the Advent Calendar

What a nice start of the Advent Calendar 2021! This is a super smooth cognac with some spices. It looks great in the glass, and the bottle is beautiful. It is a bit reserved on the nose, it takes time for the aromas to appear. After some time in the glass it opens up and you can find darker tones of fruits. It is very elegant in the mouth. You can finds spices and some mature fruits. It has a good length. The after taste is delicate and smooth. If anything I wish it had a couple of more degrees. I would very much like to taste this again, fortunately I have a bottle on my shelf. But the price for a bottle is a bit too high for this to be a good buy.
