Unique Rustic Profile

87/100
Highly Recommended Verified purchase

Noes: upfront some glue, varnish, then overripe pears and yellow apples, followed by vanilla and all kind of orchard fruits like peach, apricot and mirabelle plum. A distinctive winey note (both aged orange and sweet wines). Deep and fresh at the same time. Very unique nose which I happen to adore.
Palate starts with the overripe fruits, some vanilla, nuts, bitterness from the wood, apple acidity, even milk chocolate with orange. Long finish.
This is actually pretty good. Rustic, sweet, farmyard, takes you back in time, in the analog era. Pretty complex and developed for its young age as well.
