The Maxime Trijol Réserve Grande Champagne Cognac is an exceptional spirit produced by the renowned Maxime Trijol house, with over 160 years of expertise in winemaking and distillation. Crafted from Ugni Blanc grapes sourced from the prestigious Grande Champagne region, this Cognac is distilled in traditional 25-hectoliter alambics. The eaux-de-vie is matured for approximately 35 years in French Limousin oak barrels, resulting in a rich and well-balanced Cognac with a natural color, free from additives.
This Réserve Cognac features a medium grain and medium chauffe, which adds to its complexity and depth of flavor. The house of Maxime Trijol is a négociant and bouilleur de profession, with Pauline Trijol as the current maître de chai, overseeing every detail of production. As a sixth-generation family-run house, their commitment to quality is evident in every bottle.
Maxime Trijol Réserve is often referred to as "pure nectar" by connoisseurs. This unblended Cognac from the premier Grande Champagne terroir showcases the region’s ability to produce exceptional eaux-de-vie, benefiting from the chalky soil and limestone subsoil that contribute to its distinct flavor profile. The bright, topaz hue of the Cognac mirrors its smooth and opulent taste, perfect for sipping and savoring.
The Maxime Trijol Réserve Grande Champagne Cognac has earned prestigious recognition, including consecutive awards at the New York International Spirits Competition:

The bottle’s elegant design features a tall glass body adorned with intricate vine leaf motifs, symbolizing the heritage of the house. A wooden presentation case accompanies the bottle, making it an excellent addition to any collection or a perfect gift for Cognac enthusiasts.
