Tasting Notes

There is no tasting review of Audry Memorial Cognac yet, but judging by the producer it has a rich and complex aromatic palette: green pepper and fresh apple, spices, tobacco, roasted coffee beans, cocoa, and rancio combine to give a somptuous bouquet. On the palate: full-bodied and mellow with subtle touches of anis, violette and licorice. Persistent smooth honeyed satiny aftertaste.

Q&A for Audry Memorial

Mr.

Fuzhouman 2017-07-12

An amazing and opulent product. Count yourselves lucky if you can still find one.

Superb ,simply superb cognac. None of the simple sweetness of your favorite Liquor store brands, none of that consumer-favorite vanilla crap. Pure tar, licorice, with flower and honey hints on herbs and smoke and dry fire. The most complex drink I have ever tried. Not for nothing it is Cognac served at La Vefour.

Cars and Cognac: The Epitome of Luxury
02-07-2018 / Apparently there’s a well-known Californian movement known as ‘Cars and Coffee’. (Apologies for not knowing that such a thing existed). It’s where motorheads get together to drool over uber-vehicles, such as the newest, the biggest, the oldest, the most expensive, the vintage… You get the drift. But when Rolls Royce does something, the luxury car Read full article...
