Drouet Gabriel Pineau des Charentes Vieux Blanc

Drouet Gabriel Pineau des Charentes Vieux Blanc is a well-aged blend of white Pineau produced from eaux-de-vie grown in the Grande Champagne; Premier Cru of Cognac. A hidden gem in the world of pineau, this offering spent an average of ten years maturing in old oak barrels.

Made with passion and respect for the land, Maison Drouet is a family affair. As with most local Cognac and Pineau producers, years of artisanal craftsmanship and expertise are passed down through the family generation after generation. For the house of Drouet, family is important, the Patrick Drouet Pineau collection signifies this as he named some of the different bottles after members of the family; Mathilde, Maxence and Gabriel.

Presentation of the bottle

Dressed in an elegantly classic style bottle with orange and silver accents, alongside swirly typography, the presentation of Drouet’s Pineau Vieux Blanc is in keeping with the sophisticated image the brand represents through its packaging. Designed with contemporary splendour in mind, it’s a luxurious bottle that is sure to smarten up the bar or liquor shelf.

How to enjoy

This mature white Pineau des Charentes is best served neat at room temperature or on the rocks. Serve in a tulip or cocktail glass to optimize the tasting experience to the fullest. This particular pineau pairs really well with foie gras on walnut bread or on a butter biscuit.
