KWV Héritage XO Cognac is the first and only XO Cognac produced under a South African brand name. In proud partnership with the French House of Charpentier, this Cognac represents the combination of modern craftsmanship and time-honoured tradition. An exceptional blend of the finest Extra Old Cognacs from the Petite Champagne region in France, the eaux-de-vie used for this XO blend have been aged for between 12 and 30 years, significantly longer than required by law.
Pieter de Bod, Master Distiller at KWV, has 25 years in the spirits business and his palate has earned him a seat at many international tasting panels. Between his modern outlook and the traditional methods employed at Charpentier, KWV has created a Cognac of outstanding depth and complexity. Truly a marker of heritage, indeed.
Featuring a square decanter shape with a large stopper and gold lettering on the glass, the bottle exudes luxury. The golden silk bow around the neck of the bottle and the cream-colored box makes this a wonderful Cognac to give as a gift.
