Palate: oak grapes and tannins, a little heat like cayenne pepper, violets and a touch of vanilla. Explosion of flowers gone in a flash

Thoughts: Very inexpensive brut de fut bottled at 54% gives it some good value there too. Probably priced properly for its quality. Wish the finish was longer.
