I am pleasantly surprised by the variety of flavours that this cognac offers. Not necessarily spices, but baking flavours that are difficult to identify in any case. An effort that I am happy to make. Highly recommended, go for it!

Nose: Complex bouquet—rancio mingles with earthy undergrowth, vanilla, old prune.
Palate: Smooth, round and elegant. The aged oak is present but not overpowering; floral and fruit undertones complemented by soft spice and rancio.
Finish: Rich and long, with lingering vanilla, wood, and warm rancio.
Fresh, a bit on the sweet (vanille!) side and mild. The flavor bouquet is balanced - ripe! If you want more taste experience, I recommend some VS cognac. It suits my taste, there is also sharpness and history behind the sweet. I strongly recommend!

Neus: Zowel de noten van de jongere als van de oudere eaux de vie komen in de neus; de tonus van de jongere, en vervolgens de ronde, voluptueuze smaak van de oudere. Hints van lindebloesem en vanille komen naar voren.
Mond: Hij heeft een lichte, zoete smaak met een vleugje confiture van marmelade. Hij is niet bijzonder pikant.
