Martell, one of the oldest major Cognac houses, presents this XO Cognac Older Bottling from the 2000s-2010s. This Extra Old expression represents a significant period of maturation, offering a unique opportunity to experience a Cognac with extended development from one of the region's esteemed producers.

Distilled from predominantly Ugni Blanc grapes, Martell is known for its distinctive process of distilling clear wines, free from lees, in traditional copper pot stills. This approach helps to create eaux-de-vie recognized for their finesse and purity. The blend for Martell XO draws its complexity from a selection of eaux-de-vie primarily from the prestigious Grande Champagne and Borderies crus. These eaux-de-vie are aged in fine-grained French oak barrels, allowing for a slow and extensive maturation period, often ranging from 15 to 35 years for the XO classification.

This Martell XO Cognac Older Bottling is presented in a 750ml bottle, with an alcohol by volume (ABV) of 40%.

How to drink

Martell XO is ideal for moments of contemplation or special gatherings. It is recommended to be enjoyed neat to appreciate its depth, or with a few drops of water to open its aromas. It can also be served on ice.
