Le Portier Shay VSOP Cognac, a 750ml expression from producer Le Portier, redefines the classic French spirit with an American influence. This offering stems from a collaboration between whiskey entrepreneur Jay Bradley and Hall of Famer Shannon Sharpe, aiming to introduce a new generation of Cognac. Conceived with a respect for tradition yet designed to disrupt, Le Portier is a notable new release. It is inspired by the tireless drive of elite athletes and informed by centuries of Cognac production.

This non-vintage Cognac is produced in the Cognac region of France, where it is crafted using Ugni Blanc grapes from the esteemed Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, and Fins Bois crus. The distillation occurs in traditional Charentais copper pot stills, a method central to Cognac's character. Following distillation, the eaux-de-vie are aged for a minimum of four years in French oak barrels, resulting in a Very Superior Old Pale (VSOP) classification.

Le Portier Shay VSOP Cognac is presented in a 750 ml bottle, with an alcohol by volume (ABV) of 40%. This expression is an inaugural, limited-edition release.
